If you elect to enter CR Horseback Adventures, LLC’s premises to view a recreational license unit or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold CR Horseback Adventures, LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors harmless from, all claims or liabilities of every type (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or leased by CR Horseback Adventures, LLC. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
